 Dear Mr. Freund,

    My congratulations to you on a project well done.  Over the years, we have worked with many mechanical and general contractors on similar projects and never have we been involved in a more organized and better coordinated project.

   From the beginning of the project, you took input from all contractors seriously.  You worked with everyone in order to insure we received the best possible job at a reasonable cost.  Certainly, there were many changes with regard to our scope of work, however, you made sure that these changes were made prior to the start up of the project.  It was imperative that everything was properly planned and coordinated in order to pull this entire project off in the short period of time you had to do so.  Your leadership with regard to this project and the assistance of everyone involved made this a reality.

   It is unusual to have as many trades involved in a project as we did on this one, working so closely together, assisting one another, and in many cases, working beyond their trade qualifications in order to complete the project.  I believe this is a reflection on your leadership throughout the project.

   Once again, congratulations on a job well done, and I thank you for having the opportunity to have been a part of it.
